Liverpool to make a move for Yankuba Minteh
Liverpool are reportedly weighing up a move for Brighton winger Yankuba Minteh, with the club now actively looking for long-term Mo Salah replacements.
According to Football Insider, Liverpool have concrete interest in the Gambian winger, who has impressed for Brighton since signing for the club in the summer of 2024.
The Reds' interest in the 21-year-old is said to stem from the fact that he played for Arne Slot for a season during the 2023-24 season when the pair were both at Feyenoord in the Eredivisie.
While a move for Minteh is unlikely this winter, this is one to watch next summer when Liverpool could cash in on Salah. The Brighton man would reportedly cost the club around £70m.
Nuno Espirito Santo targets Adama Traore
West Ham are said to be considering a move for Fulham winger Adama Traore in January, with Nuno Espirito Santo keen on a reunion with the winger.
According to Sky Sports, the new West Ham manager retains a good relationship with Traore after the pair worked together for several years at Wolves, and he is keen to bring him to the London Stadium in January.
This isn't the first time that Santo has tried to reunite with Traore, as the 51-year-old also tried to sign the Spaniard when he was the Nottingham Forest boss.
Traore's contract at Fulham is due to expire at the end of the season, so he would be available at a discounted price this winter. However, with Fulham sliding closer to the relegation zone, they will be reluctant to sell to another team involved in the battle for survival.
Man Utd register official interest in Elliot Anderson
Speculation over the future of Elliot Anderson continues to mount, and according to Plettigoal on X, Manchester United have officially registered their interest in the player.
Although it is highly unlikely that anyone will be able to get the England midfielder out of Nottingham Forest this January, Ruben Amorim is said to be keen on the player, and Manchester United do need midfield reinforcements.
According to Plettigoal, Nottingham Forest will command a fee of somewhere between £100m-120m for the midfielder, and this figure could rise further if he has a good World Cup with England.
Other reports in recent weeks have suggested that Chelsea and Newcastle are also keen on Anderson, who now seems destined to leave the club one way or the other in the next 12 months.
